Concrete Lifting Coverage

If any treated concrete section settles by 3/4 of an inch or more within the warranty period, we will return to restore it to its original position.

Maintaining Your Warranty: To ensure the stability of your concrete, it is essential that the surrounding ground remains intact. Your warranty will remain valid as long as you adhere to proper drainage and landscaping practices:

\nBackfill: Maintain compact soil against exposed edges to prevent erosion and damage from UV exposure.
\nWater Diversion: Confirm that all downspouts and gutters discharge a minimum of 5 feet away from the concrete surface.

Please be advised: Neglecting these protective measures or failing to maintain proper drainage may result in the voiding of your warranty.

CleanCoat Epoxy System Coverage

Your floor is safeguarded against peeling or delamination (the separation of the coating from the concrete) for a period of three years.

Exclusions: Although our epoxy is of industrial-grade quality, the warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from cracking or shifting of the concrete substrate.
Battery acid leaks, moisture vapor transmission, or mechanical abuse.

Warranty Exclusions

To maintain our focus on significant structural and surface repairs, our warranty does not apply to:

Projects designated solely as void fills.
